Create Sourcing fulfillment plan, design and measure the success of recruiting projects and build a collaborative relationship and partner closely with Recruiting Leads, thus enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery and lead high-impact, multi-country recruiting initiatives for Japanese requirements in the PH.
Works closely with Resource Forecasting Lead and Resource Pool Leads to understand short and long term talent objectives and Japanese hiring forecasts;
Able to create a short and long term plan and identify KPIs on milestones and ensure delivery targets are met
Engage with stakeholders such as, but not limited to, Business leadership, Recruitment leads in addressing key challenges and can develop sound recommendations based on insights and market relevant data
Will work closely with sourcing channels including but not limited to Campus, Media, Referrals and communicate and monitor strategies created for fulfillment

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
Must have at least 6 years’ Recruitment and Sourcing experience in a BPO setup with at least 2 years’ Sourcing Supervisory experience
Strong Reporting and Analytics exposure
Strong stakeholder management experience
Project management is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Currently Work From Home and open to work in Boni and Gateway
Regular Shift, 9AM-6PM / 10AM-7PM
