Track learning schedules, attendance and maintain learning records
Prepare and set up Learning venues and events
Prepare and disseminate learning materials and information
Act as a point-of-contact for participants and vendors
Manage learning vendors’ accounts and invoices and records
Produce and submit reports on learning events and activities
Recommend improvements and propose new learning programs
Ensure adherence to established procedures and practices
YOU MUST HAVE
At least 1 year of experience as HR Admin or Training Specialist
Knowledge of Office Procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Working knowledge of databases and Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Outstanding communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
Some administrative experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.
Strong project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects a plus.
Ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution.
Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner.
