This role reports to the Managing Partner - Chief Talent Officer

  • Mastered client management skills, delivering superior service and output for accounts handled
  • Learned the basic media planning and optimization and analytics skills
  • Managed to handle projects / executions independently
  • Achieved a clear grasp of the ins and outs of the accounts handled
  • Established a good working relationship with key stakeholders (internal and client teams)
  • Proposed process improvements as needed
  • In six months :

  • Identified new opportunity to grow business handled
  • Mapped out the relevant account playbooks to ensure that handling of the accounts is of a good standard
  • Set internal KPIs for accounts managed
  • Have full accountability on the revenue targets set for your accounts
  • In twelve months :

  • Have majorly contributed to the successful launch of the brands handled
  • Achieved 100% of revenue targets set for your accounts
  • Proposed and acquired new sources of revenue to help achieve the annual targets of the Precision team.
  • Responsibilities of the Role :

  • Drive agency process for creating integrated communication campaigns, creating process flows that harmonizes the specialisms with Wavemaker Philippines - Data and Analytics, Strategy, Content and Media Planning and
  • Partner with key business unit leads in building wider practice of integration across the agency units.
  • Training resource for tools and media buying fundamentals. Collaborate with Training Lead in the development of key learning opportunities around building capabilities for multi-channel integration
  • Oversee output of annual media planning, campaign management, measurement, and reporting
  • Drive Thought leadership : e.g. trends, innovation s, client training sessions, business-building initiatives
