To collaborate with the business to fully understand requirements and challenges, then propose and implement C&B.

strategies to deliver against agreed key performance indicators.
To oversee the Cluster C&B structure and participate in competitive market research to help establish effective pay practices and systems.
To monitor announcements of relevant labour laws and ensure the compliance of our HR policies with requirements.
To oversee all C&B related employee activities including remuneration review, issuing of contracts, updating related systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders
To measure and communicate the C&B solutions and services within the Cluster.
To evaluate and administer any relevant employee benefits programs including retirement plans, insurance policies and healthcare policies.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelors Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Development or any related course
Knowledge in Compensation and Benefits
Experience in a shared services / BPO setup
Knowledge on trends and practices on the current market
