Responsible for the development and implementation of barangay and municipal programs within the agreed period and approved budget.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities :
Coordinates and liaises with Terminal Heads in crafting strategies to engage local barangay and municipality.
Conducts community needs- based assessment as input to annual CSD program.
Secures CLUPs and align (or support) the priority development programs with CSR programs.
Provides annual budgets for the program in each host barangay and municipality to where the depot facility is located.
Creates documentation of the program and conducts post program assessment on the result and effectiveness of the annual programs thru feedback sessions with stakeholders such as the local barangay or municipality.
Coordinates with Depot Head the requirements of annual business permit renewal.
Provides assistance to facilitate transactional sponsorship to Depot Heads of lease terminal.
Monitors and ensure sponsorship is within the approved budget and facilitate approval of requisitions, advances, and expenses.
Prepares and analyzes narrative and financial reports.
Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
2-3 years experience in CSR implementation
Graduate of a 4-year course
