Duties and Responsibilities :

As an Enterprise Desk Deal SME, you will be tasked with the following :

  • Build, edit and trouble shoot quotes and agreements
  • Process invoicing request (end to end); preliminary credit check, supporting documents to complete a formal credit check approval.
  • Point of Contract for Enterprise Deals (end to end); this would cover supporting documentation set-up and approvals
  • Process premium feature add-ons and approval
  • Processing deals
  • Create and own Deal Level Checklist
  • Act as SME for Account Executive support / trouble-shooting
  • Job Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of related working experience
  • Highly organized
  • Innately curious and problem solver
