Responsibilities
This role cover mainly Transfer Pricing and Group Costing, including the following :
Evaluate product cost to ensure correct standard costs are produced
Perform transfer pricing activities and direct the set-up of costing-related issues and requests
Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs / group cost
Address complex issues and queries received from various stakeholders
Attend and resolve tickets / requests received related to product costing
Support Annual Costing in collaboration with different functions across Vestas
Support other activities necessary to achieve the organization's goals of business transformation
Ensure compliance with Financial Standards, SOX and other regulations
Participate in related projects, e.g. accounting centralization initiatives, Lean Six Sigma projects, etc
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Finance courses
Fluent in English - oral and written
At least 4 - 6 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any finance functions (preferred with standard costing transfer price background)
With extensive methodical skills relevant to financial analysis such as variance analysis
With experience in Transfer Pricing
With BPO / Shared Service experience
Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems
Competencies
Has good finance, audit, or accounting background
Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification and standardization
Advance knowledge in using Microsoft office software with skills and experience in Macro and automation tools
Advanced knowledge in using ERP (SAP) systems
Good in communication, stakeholder management and business partnering
with experience in transition and quick to adapt to changes
Good understanding of the English language in both written and oral communication and experience in presentations
