POSITION : Technical Support Representative
Qualification :
Should have at least 6 months technical support experience BPO and non BPO
13 Months experience CSR International experience required
At least HS or K-12 Graduate
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
Must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends and working overtime
Can start ASAP
Excellent English communication skill
Strong analytical skills and comprehension capability
