We are seeking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing ever growing team!

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to) : This role is responsible in providing marketing intelligence, strategy and execution to the Marketing Programs Manager to deliver our Vacation Ownership objectives.

Based in the Wyndham office in Clark, you will report to the Australian Marketing Programs Manager and work closely with all front-

  • line program teams, including but not exclusive to : Holiday by Wyndham (Minivacs) team including call centre consultants, supervisors and managers along with customers;
  • Discovery by Wyndham members and Discovery Service Teams, IT team, Database Management team, Consumer Finance, WorldMark Resorts, Legal, Customer Service and Loyalty.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Marketing :

  • Research trends, customer problems and creatively develop solutions which meet the needs of customers, business stakeholders and contribute to the wide business strategic intents.
  • Further assist the Marketing Programs Manager with marketing campaigns, promotional materials including website updating, campaign code maintaining, and other marketing administration
  • Assist to develop and manage internal and external communication including developing relationships with external advertisers
  • Coordinate conflicting priorities and business needs to ensure overall departmental objectives are delivered, and stakeholder departments objectives are supported
  • Coordinate legal & compliance as necessary
  • Maintaining marketing material supplies and archives
  • Innovation & Project Coordination :

  • Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
  • Research, track and report back on all campaigns to determine successes and areas for improvement. Work towards a level of constant improvement and growth in all areas of the marketing department.
  • Coordinate Projects and campaigns through design, production, budget and execution, including appropriate distribution of campaign over media and social channels, external vendor negotiation and internal approval processes.
  • Leadership :

  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
  • Develop and train direct report in all administration duties, as well cross train in email marketing and legal review processes
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
  • Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be effected by your conduct in the workplace
  • Reporting & Administration :

  • Exceptional management of bulk email system (MailChimp) building html emails, email segmentation & personalization, ensuring data is always accurate and maintaining 100% compliance to the SPAM act and all relevant legisitation.
  • Website management including updating responsive design templates, building new landing pages with analytics and tracking setup
  • Trend analysis and well researched commentary for reporting through to stakeholder departments, ensuring each campaign’s successes and improvements are explored so they can be replicated or negated in future campaigns
  • Manage related inboxes
  • Provide email address query service for email marketing
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • KEY POSITION CRITERIA :

  • A relevant degree qualification e.g. Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations or equivalent experience
  • Have excellent marketing and written communication skills
  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Practiced time management skills with the ability to multi-task and delegate appropriately
  • Competence in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, as required
