Ø Design and develop BPM solutions by integrating various systems to support business needs

Ø Configure new CLO applications and enhance existing applications

Ø Recognize the potential reusability of existing project components and / or BPM solutions for new business requirements

Ø Work closely with customer journey experts in translating functional needs into technical analysis and developments

Ø Perform unit, system and integration testing of BPM solutions

Ø Contribute on continuous improvements of the delivery process of the BPM solutions

Ø Create design and release documents based on technical and functional requirements to support the deployments and the software after release.

Ø Maintain and support deployed BPM solutions by addressing incidents and adhoc requests

Ø Conduct brownbag sessions and provide technical guidance to junior BPM Engineers*

Ø Perform code design and configuration reviews to junior BPM Engineers*
