IT Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting IT infrastructure for the corporate sites. This position requires broad knowledge in areas such as client operating systems (primarily Windows), local / wide area networking, SIP systems, and Active Directory.

While his / her primary role will be supporting end user computing s / he will also be required to take an active role in implementing new systems and diagnosis of complex IT problems.

Supervision and assistance by management and / or senior engineers will be provided.

Essential Functions :

1. 70% End-user / client computer support

2. 10 Installation and first / second-level support for Network device and VoIP phone system

3. 5% Provides on-site support for deployment, configuration and troubleshooting systems, with remote assistance from senior engineers (in Seattle, China or Dublin, for example)

4. 5 Procurement of hardware and software, and managing assets / inventory

5. 5% Documentation (creation and updates of procedure document, manuals, tips and other useful articles - in English

6. 5% Test and evaluation of new software and / or system

This position requires a broad engineering background working with a variety of systems and technologies to deliver best of IT service to internal and / or external customers worldwide

1. Experiences in installation and configuration of Windows 7 or 10, Mac and Linux client in enterprise environment, as well as the support experience and knowledge of MS Office.

2. Helpdesk, user support technician / operator experience with server hardware support experience.

3. Basic level of knowledge about LAN / WAN (Ethernet TCP / IT etc.) and related experience.

4. Effective communication skills via phone, chat and email ( in English)

5. Business Level English Skills

6. Possess and demonstrates strong logical-thinking skill, full of intellectual curiosity and high desire for self-development.

Ability to come to the best solution by capturing the big picture instead of focusing only on the minor details / issues which only affect us / clients in a short run

1. Experiences in installation and configuration of Windows 7 / 10, Mac and Linux systems administration in enterprise environment, as well as the support experience and knowledge of MS Office.

MCP level knowledge on client OS is preferred.

2. Local / Global Helpdesk, user support technician / operator experience with server hardware support experience.

3. Excellent knowledge of LAN / WAN (Ethernet TCP / IT etc.) and related experience. CCNP-level knowledge is preferred.

4. Effective communication skills via phone, chat and email

5. Business Level English Skills
