Job Overview

The role is focused primarily on our expanding suite of products for application lifecycle management capabilities. The test team support all parts of the company, joining us will find you helping the operations team on a new cloud deployment or discussing test approaches with a stakeholder in Finance, or proofing branding changes on any given day, to name a few of the many test activities.

We are looking for individuals within a range of experience and background in testing, whose unrelenting passion in advocating the best quality is demonstrated in a proven portfolio of delivery, and who are equipped with the tenacity to examine the trees, yet not lose perspective of the forest and the trail that goes through it.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a model of the application / product that you are being asked to test, considering the Project Environment, Product Elements, Quality Criteria and applicable test techniques, to guide all testing activities
  • Participate in reviews of all design artefacts, assess against your model and feedback and refine your model accordingly
  • Provide input into the development team on how they can make the application / product more testable
  • Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing through the use of tools, both for the automatic validation of checks and also to manage the state of the application / product under test
  • Understand the risks inherent with the situation on an ongoing basis and ensure that test activity is sequenced appropriately, typically to get feedback on the most significant risks first
  • Understand and clearly articulate the boundaries, where applicable, of any test phase in which you are constrained and ensure the entry and exit criteria is transparently communicated
  • Explore and learn about the actual application / product
  • Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
