    Training Coordinator Do you have the knack with Excel and reports? Are you someone who can collaborate with different departments?

    Are you someone who is keen with details? The Training Coordinator will assist the Training and Development team in facilitating the administrative tasks of the Department.

    You will also monitor day-to-day activities ranging from observation and documentation to reports consolidation. You’ll be basically the glue that ties the whole Training department together! You will have an opportunity toSend all training details to Recruitment teamProvide administrative tasks to the Training and Development TeamSupport trainers with classroom facilitation (training arrangements / system requests)Maintain and update reports (trackers, related training materials, schedules, etc.

    Manage post-training initiatives (evaluations, class surveys, feedback, etc.)Monitor training issues and concerns Coordinate with different departments related to training activitiesAd-hoc tasks, as requiredWhat we’re looking for : Possess High school diplomaHas 2 years’ experience as Admin or CoordinatorExcellent MS Excel proficiency is vital for the roleFlexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change aboundsHighly Analytical and can deal with complex situations Highly organized and proactiveDetail-oriented Superior written and verbal English language skillsExcellent communication skillsComputer literate with Microsoft Office expertiseAbility to work in a 24 / 7 rotating shift environment.
