This role will utilize the technical accounting expertise, but is not limited to, the following duties :
ï· Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
ï· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
ï· Data entry skills
ï· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
ï· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
ï· Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
ï· Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice / expense reports; recording entries.
ï· Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
ï· Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
ï· Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
ï· Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office
