Overall project lead for improvement and streamlining efforts. The lead will be the one to coordinate with all process owners and with all stakeholders in the company
Provide timely update to Recruitment and Back Office Head with regard to ongoing projects.
Responsible in conducting spot checks and regular audit of all processes covered.
Responsible in tracking team’s key performance indicators and turn-around time for all processes.
Assessment of all systems used by the Back Office and Records Management teams to determine improvement areas and / or for correction of current errors
The lead will be the one to coordinate with all process owners and with all stakeholders in the company
Responsible in owning data management processes for HR systems, serving as the data management expert.
Assists in the development of corporate governance policies and procedures for current and new technological initiatives.
Performs and / or oversees the data entry of department’s records inventory information into enterprise-level applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Primary contact for employees requesting access to review their personal file.
Maintains knowledge of current industry trends and new methods related to records management, information governance, and enterprise content management.
Performs validation activities for data entered into HRIS and coordinates with Back Office Operations to make any necessary corrections.
May work on audits and related reports on daily basis. Suggests changes based on outcomes to improve existing processes.
Performs employment verification requests.
