Job Description

  • Solution Sales Representative is responsible for achieving company defined sales quota.
  • As a Solution Sales Representative, you will work with a cross-functional team, build key relationships with EG customers, have the ability to engage C-level executives, and showcase Globe's innovation and technology solutions to our potential customers.
  • Work closely with account managers to lead conversations about how ICT services can transform our customers’ organizations.
  • Partner with other functional teams across Product, Engineering, FBA, contracts management, and Operations to ensure timely release of customer proposals, and be a facilitator of success in the customer engagement.
  • Establish and develop functional customer relationships and go-to-market strategy to help our customers transform their enterprises through hybrid and public cloud solutions.
  • Identify needs and use-case, innovate solutions that optimize customer potential, and identify measures of success and use data to analyze strategy success.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure Globe as Cloud Service Provider (CSP) offerings are aligned with customer needs and use-cases.
  • Manage customer relationships, CSP touchpoints, account plans, pricing discussions, and agreement operations.
  • Work collaboratively with product teams in delivering long-term value through partnerships.
  • Must have experience in ICT solutions selling
