Position Overview :
The HR Systems Team Leader is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to enable valuable and suitable business decisions, allowing APAC and Europe to understand more clearly how our people work and how HR as a division can help them to work better, this will help APAC and Europe to become a better place to work.
The role of this position is to lead those data analysis projects and tools and will aim to find interesting correlations, ensuring that they’re relevant and helping convince the business that they’re important.
Lead collection of relevant data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendations.
Design and execute ad hoc and regularly scheduled statistical and data mining analyses.
Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
Lead attrition register tools and analysis
Create and / or update tools to gather the perception of the employees regarding the Organizational Climate and engagement.
Monitor employee’s perceptions regarding problems that may affect the work environment and employee relations, and recommend solutions to those problems.
Administer the Organizational Structure Database
Lead surveys creation and data analysis.
Support the implementation of HR-related databases.
Support implementation of large corporate HR initiatives, related to information gathering, performance evaluations and data analysis.
Perform other tasks or services required by the immediate manager
