Typically, to qualify as a Customer Service Associate you need to have :
Completed at least Senior High School (K12)
Previous call center experience
A penchant for achieving metrics
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Internet savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications What you might be doing on a typical day :
Help our client run one of the largest e-commerce corporations that facilitates consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer sales through its website
Handle inbound calls with high-level customer service to customers with restrictions limits on their account while promoting a high standard of the seller’s performance and behaviors
Wow customers with your ability assess their business models & set-ups in order to tailor solutions & help them align their business models to our client’s
