ManilaPurpose & Accountabilities : Employee Expenditure (EE) operates a Global Travel & Expense process via Concur Expense Management system.
The role holder is responsible for coordinating and executing all financial aspects of employee expenditure activities through the financial systems and the Travel & Expense controls framework.
Performs the end to end finance activities and provides support to the Finance Team Manager and the wider Finance Team as a whole.
Performs risk assessments, determine level of risks and work on the mitigating actionPerforms monthly completion of General Ledger reconciliations and performs root cause analysis of aged items and ensures timely resolution and properly escalates, as required.
Completes and analyses of monthly Blackline stats, reports result timely to the T&E Finance Team Manager.Works closely with various contacts within the business and partner bank for prompt issue resolution and to ensure that the necessary focal points are aware of any issues.
Liaises with various system support teams.Provides annual financial assurances where required for the area of operation.Supports process improvements and ensures timely delivery of key initiatives, projects, migration or implementation.
