Work Experience

•8-15 years’ experience in IT delivery and architecture, of which at least 3-5 years as an Architect and 3-

5 years in IT Delivery as a Program Manager, and at least 3-5 years of relevant Discipline experience

•Proven ability to upwardly influence the strategic direction of business IT solutions

•Ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities and a constant focus on delivery

•Proven ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility

•Proven ability to relate and adapt vision and strategy to the external environment that affects the organization in terms of economic climate, customer market demand, regulation and other legalities, geography, political, culture, labor, technology.

•Successful record as Senior Leader with experience building and leading an enterprise application and architecture discipline in a large matrixed enterprise, preferably with virtual team experience.

•Proven track record of translating organizational strategy into actionable technology solutions that drive operational excellence while enabling synergistic growth and organizational scale.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology is preferred or other degree with significant related IT and leadership experience.
