Supports the Plan & Control activities of Therm-O-Disc, Inc. Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Production Scheduling, Materials Replenishment, Inventory Management processes through data entry and collection, analysis and modeling.
Ensure that all assigned skill functions meet stated business requirements.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a number of Sales and Operations reports, analyses and metrics to support division wide over all S&OP and Inventory processes.
Work with OPA’s, Materials Analysts, Site Managers, and global customer service organizations to ensure that mechanisms are in place and system structures are correct and working as expected to meet the organizational goals and objectives.
Looks for continuous improvements and has mastery of S&OP, Inventory and MPS function.
Maintain / Update data in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) database on a monthly basis; Bookings, actual production, actual shipments, inventory, and forecast (Units & Values) Price analysis of parts / models.
Provide competitive price by analyzing parts and components of each product and performing sales analysis for price increase
Review Item Master by site for MRP parameters maintenance / rationalization
Ensure all ERP parameters and system structures are reviewed and updated regularly (planning bill of materials, planning and ordering parameters, Available to Promise, etc)
Run and publish RIP Analysis and Raw ABC Report weekly, Support the weekly meetings being held per site to determine the root causes of parts that are fat and are running short, set action plans within a specific timeline and strictly follow-up what’s going on.

Support the Complexity Reduction Projects thru rationalization of the Global ABC classification.

Develops reports, analyses in Inventory metrics to support the OPA’s, Production Sites, and the Upper Management on their day to day decision making and business plans.
Monitor the maintenance of Master Production Schedule in Oracle on a weekly and monthly basis.
Initiate and work with Global Demand Manager on all S&OP related Projects and Development Initiatives.
Responsible for the proper maintenance of the Company Wide Manufacturing Categories and support regrouping of families for Complexity Reduction Projects.
Take the lead in the monthly S&OP cycle done in Manila. Create work schedules for the team and implement rules, and think of process improvements to complete the tasks on time with 100% accuracy.
Coordinate with both OPA’s and worldwide Customer Service to manage customer demand to help optimize production while meeting customer expectations.
Responsible for coordinating all demand management functions on a global basis which includes coordinating, developing and consolidating the global forecast for input into the S&OP process.
Lead the process documentation for S,I & OP function.
The Oracle go-to person to help OPA Manila planners answer inquiries and / or escalate to Oracle team POC.
Provide technical guidance / leadership to other Analysts including OPA’s on S&OP, Oracle and Inventory Management.
Design and implementation of solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency of the business.
Establish Continues Improvement Projects and Process Mechanisms to link the different business chains i.e. materials, operations, sales, customer services, engineering, and other related development groups.
Able to make an Inventory plan(budget) for next FY.
Creates / Maintain the A3 Plans every year and conducts the PDCA cycle on a quarterly basis and Ensuring that the plans are executed on a timely manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Educational attainment requirement / s :
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business (materials planning experience preferred).
Specific skills required :
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a material and production planner, report generation and analysis
Candidate will be a very sharp, capable, and self-motivated achiever who combines a deep interest in business with strong analytical capabilities, superb database and computer competencies (expert with Excel, SQL), and meticulous attention to detail.
