Prerequisites :

  • Four years+ relevant experience
  • Has gained good interpersonal and communications’ skills (written and oral)
  • Good training / coaching skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Can organize work in such a way to complete tasks / projects in a timely and accurate manner
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Good skills in use of MS applications (Excel, Word & Power Point) or their equivalent
  • Responsibilities

  • Leads and mentors a team of up to 15 analysts
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and coverage of team production and compliance
  • Identify process / tool enhancement initiatives and liaise with technology team for development and implementation
  • Serve as escalation point for complex data-related queries and production and technical issues
  • Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to streamline quality feedback and optimize operational output
  • Promote team values of efficiency, productivity, quality and teamwork
  • Coordinate activities designed to train, develop and enhance team performance
  • See to administrative work in managing the team including attendance, discipline and performance management
  • Perform other duties from time to time that may be assigned by Management
  • Maintain business defined employee retention level for the team
  • In-depth knowledge of all activities performed by the team
