  • Online Gaming Customer Service (Mandarin Speaking) Duties : 1. Service platform customers in a professional and accurate manner;
  • 2. Service customers in accordance to set standards and protocols; 3. Collect and organize feedback from customers and present it to operations department;
  • 4. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors. Requirements : 1. College degree or higher; 2. At least 1 year of online customer service experience;
  • 3. Self-motivated, responsible and patient personality; 4. Well-mannered and polite, able to work under pressure; 5. Team work oriented and willing to learn;
  • 6. Familiar with office software (word, excel, ppt, etc...); 7. Proficient in Chinese; 8. English reading and writing preferred;
  • 9.
