  • Communicate with prospective clients interested in airtime loading and bill payments collection services and other ECPay services.
  • Work with the Project Owner to confirm the project scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure project resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for the project.
  • Determine project / product objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Lead, monitor and maintain progress of the project plan to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.
  • Construct user mapping, flowcharts, and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Manage project development from beginning to end. Ensures that the project will be delivered on time and according to the defined budget.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Manage communications across project team and client. Ensure client and stakeholders satisfaction.
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Conduct project postmortem and create a recommendation report to identify successful project elements.
  • Qualifications

  • Must have a University Degree or College Diploma in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, and Project Management.
  • Should have at least 3 years solid work experience in Project Management including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Experience using agile approaches such as Agile Scrum.
  • Knowledge and exposure of managing high level stakeholders.
  • Experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma or AWS Certification is a plus
