Customer Service Specialist (Social Media Account) - Temporary WFH

What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks :

  • Provide post-sales customer service and / or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.
  • Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
  • Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.

  • Ideal Profile

    Who are we looking for?

  • Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum K-12).
  • Must have at least 2 years combined experience of the following :
  • Voice + Tech + Chat OR
  • Voice + Tech + Email
  • Should have an experience working directly with clients working in B2C environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
