Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job : 1. Establishes and maintains business relationships through effective selection of and communication with customers2, Ensures on-time collection of payments of customersSuccess in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities : 1.

Maintains an extensive account management of the retail / commercial / distributor accounts for Lubricants accounts1.1 Generates leads by identifying potential accounts for retail / commercial / distributor accounts for Lubricants1.

2. Ensures the achievement of the volume and margin targets of the Lubricants Sales group by generating sales from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach1.

3 Acts as an intermediary between SEAOIL and the Lubricants accounts to assess, validate, resolve customer concerns, and meet the customers' expectations2.

Ensures timely collection and remittance of account payments for delivered lubricants3. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time

Preferred Qualifications for the Role :

  • Graduates of Business Management, Accountancy, or any-related business course
  • With driver's license and can drive manual transmission
  • With 2-3 years of experience in lubricants sales, automotive parts sales, and / or engineering sales
  • Critical Expertise / Skills : Distributor Management or Account Management, Basic Financial Knowledge, Good Presentation Skills, Hard Selling Skills, Consultative Selling Skills, Profitability Analysis Skills, Analytical Skills
  • Preferably from the oil and gas / lubricants, automotive, and non-food FMCG industries
  • Realistic Job Preview : (1) Work will require field work unless there are travel restrictions (2) Account Officer would be doing lead generation / account opening, account / distributor management (3) Existing distributor / s will be handled by the employee upon regularization (4) Account Officer would be required to pick up lubricants products twice a month (5) Minimal supervision once in the area
  • Preferably from CDO, or willing to relocate in CDO
  • Expectations from Candidates : Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and / or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

    Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance.

    The complete list will be provided by the recruiter. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
