Designation : Case Processing Executive

Role Description : To successfully retrieve medical records and other related documents that are

requested by the client’s office for legal claims and settlements. This will require active follow ups

which will include both Outbound and Inbound calling along with email, portal checks etc. The

aim here is to retrieve the requested documents in the least amount of time by asking the right set

of questions and maintaining a cordial relationship with the providers. Active listening is a major

add-on to this profile as this profile requires on call problem-solving capabilities when conversing

with the providers.

Educational Qualification : Graduation or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Act as a mediator between insurance companys / law firms and hospitals, doctors’ clinics and

medical facilities.

Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned

medical institutes.

The main aim is to get the reports from the medical facility within the timeframe.

Maintain time-service, quality and production goals using good work queue management and

maintain a high level of customer service skills.

Present a friendly and professional demeanor. Protect the security of medical records to ensure

that confidentiality is maintained in observance of the HIPAA Compliance policy.

Willing to work in an environment requiring continuous telephone calls and gathers

needed information promptly. Method of transmission can either be inbound or outbound.

Performs multiple tasks simultaneously. Perform both individually and as ateam to meet

daily production expectations. Use appropriate judgment in upward communication

regarding customer issues.

Qualification Criteria :

At least 2 years of any International BPO experience in an US-based medical / healthcare

industry or Customer service voice based project.

Graduation Mandatory.

Willing to work night shifts.

Excellent communication skills required (Fluent English).

Good Typing skills minimum 35 wpm.

Experience working in an office environment.

Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Ability to participate as part of a team.

Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Strong attention to detail, follow up and follow through.

Independent worker with strong worth ethic, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
