To effectively ensure adequate coverage of the extensive installed base of customers and partners across various industries and sectors.

We seek an experienced, professional Inside Sales Rep to drive growth in software license revenue.

There is a growing trend in the business software industry characterized by increased investment in internal sales resources.

Consistent with this trend, the Inside Sales Rep - Partners position is primarily, but not exclusively, office-based.


  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Re-establish a relationship with non-performing Channel Partners and engage a plan to reconnect their Infor business.
  • Contact off-maintenance Channel customers to understand their current usage, attempt to have maintenance reconnected and / or their solution migrated to SaaS or upgraded.
  • Assist in managing a defined list of smaller Alliance Partners through communications, information sharing and enablement scoping.
  • Execute Channel Partner orders (OF’s) below the minimum order value (MOV) for field Channel Managers.
  • Clearly convey the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions within a specific family of products / specific industry.
  • Organise / host presentations to customers over the Internet ( webinars ).
  • Work collaboratively with Channel & Alliance Managers, Solutions Consulting, Services and Marketing.
  • Effectively engage staff within other Infor departments (Finance & Administration, Legal, Maintenance Renewals, License Management).
  • Accurately and consistently update Infor’s Customer Relationship Management (iCRM) system.
  • Provide regular forecast reports to sales management.

  • A successful sales track record.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and to close deals.
  • Tertiary qualified, preferably in a business discipline.
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment; including the ability to work in a high intensity, fast moving environment.
  • Above average organizational, planning and problem solving skills. Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Conversant with contemporary communications & social media tools (e.g., Skype, Webex, Linked In, Twitter).
  • Strong presentation skills, both face-to-face and remote.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
  • Business acumen.
