JOB SUMMARYReports to the Team Leader and Operations Manager. As Product Support Coordinator, you will be required to contribute to the provision of quality service by providing administrative support to the operations team in a professional and efficient manner and will reflect the company’s reputation in the real estate industry.
You will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in ensuring the launch of successful software products and changes through rigorous testing and documentation.
Success in this role depends on the candidate’s ability to master how a product works and to apply that knowledge during testing and documentation activities.
You must also be a great communicator who can break down complex concepts to provide clear and concise information to all levels of usersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESStudy how a product should be configured to meet the requirements of the clientAssist the team in preparation of necessary documents using Adobe InDesignPrepare test cases based on the client’s requirements and check whether the product passes these standardsRun a diagnosis of issues and determine ideal behaviours to ensure that accurate information is passed on to the development teamKeep organised logs of bugs, issues, and change requestsREQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
