Manage service team and operations including authorized service networks to ensure excellent delivery of services to customers in order to provide competitive advantage.
Manage operational performance, parts sales, inventories and service activities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead repair technicians and service coordinators in company owned service center.
Organize service training for Authorized Service Center around the country.
Appoint, control and train Authorized Service Centers around the country.
Manage spare sales, parts ordering and inventory; ensure adequate supply of fast moving SKUs whilst keeping inventory at targeted levels
Work with Finance to ensure correct pricing of spare parts
Work with sales and marketing to provide support for any sales or promotion activities.
Study and improve existing service processes to ensure quick repair turnaround times and increase customer satisfaction
Study and improve existing service network to ensure effective coverage on support to customer.
Coordinate with dealer on product service requirements
Work closely with Asia Regional office to implement service guidelines
Implement and maintain service related Key Performance Indexes for the country
Minimum Engineering Diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in running service operation as well as service management program.
Experience in consumer services is an advantage.
Good management and leadership capability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good analytical thinking, decision making and working attitude.
Solid technical background.
Proficient in MS Office application and basic computer application. SAP knowledge is an advantage
