Job Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor / College degree in Industrial Engineering

3 to 7 years of solid work experience related in Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma

Advance knowledge on MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Very good interpersonal skills

Experience in process mapping, coaching and mentoring, SLAs and metrics

Certification in Project Management and / or Six Sigma,

MBA is preferred but not required

Must be willing to be based in : Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Description :

Leads an organization that operates as a catalyst to transform the company to deliver projects using Lean Operating System

Facilitates sessions with various functional groups to ensure strategic directions are aligned to the corporate objectives

Ensures all processes are proactively improved according to the changing business needs / directions

Co-leads company-wide initiatives following Business Process Improvement framework of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) to ensure company standards are met or exceeded

Develop and continuously improve the management of changes, projects and programs in a unified model of governance and associated process best practices Establishes linkages among cross-

functional groups for flawless execution of process improvement initiatives.

Monitors and evaluates customer, financial, process and quality metrics Implements Process Standardization, Policies and Systems, Framework creation and analysis
