The opportunity

The GDS Markets team specializes in account management activities, supporting pursuits and go-to-market projects, and providing operational support to the Global Markets organization.

We are a 400+ strong team, spread across GDS Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Manila and Wroclaw Centers. Your role as a Senior Account Coordinator is to provide high quality and insightful business and management support to teams engaging in high profile client accounts of EY.

You will build global account connections, drive the EY Account Management Framework, and develop deep industry knowledge to benefit the account team and the delivery to the ultimate client.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will be owning the account planning process and ensure regular reviews against planned milestones and targets, ensuring your stakeholders receive and understand report data.

This would include liaising with EY Knowledge professionals / sector specialists, working proactively with region account coordinators and business development leaders, and coordinating a global network of region account meetings.

You will also assist account teams through various business development processes & financial analysis reports ( Revenue Report, Revenue Planning, Sales & Pipeline Report, New Budget Development), and accelerate strategy execution by analysing market trends - how they would translate into revenue generating opportunities.

You will maintain and update global account databases and contact lists, as well as collate relevant client information from publicly available databases.

You will also be responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and overall lead the program for your designated account / s using the Account Management Framework of support activities.

  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a commercial or business related discipline
  • Experience in research, business operations, and reporting
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work on night shift to work with counterparts, stakeholders, and clients in the US
  • Willingness to work at McKinley West, Taguig City
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in providing support, mainly for the US region
  • Experience working in a global / virtual environment
  • Experience working in professional services / consulting firms
