Supervision of production workers and production process
Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development, and health, safety & welfare of your team.
Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
At least 5 years of work experience in the related field is required
With at least 2-3 years of working experience preferably gained in a food manufacturing set-up
Preferably received training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, SOP, and HACCP System
Preferably with formal training in Baking Science and Technology
Preferably knowledgeable in different steps of the baking process
