The Regional Distributor Manager is responsible for managing the development of Pernod Ricard Philippines business beyond Metro Manila through a network of 3rd party regional distributor partners.
The position is accountable for the development and implementation of provincial business plans working closely with other functions to ensure effective forecasting, sales ordering, delivery and activation that is in line with brand and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics :
Manage the provincial distributor network and constantly strive to improve coverage and performance.
Recruit, train and manage additional resources that may be required to support expansion and growth.
Implement distributor business planning process with clear KPIs and ensure effective implementation.
Set and achieve distribution and sales targets aligned with management based on portfolio priorities and activation / pricing guidelines.
Work closely with marketing team to build and implement promotional plan to support the achievement of brand and commercial goals.
Manage the delegated promotional budgets, implement most effectively to achieve optimal results and provide regular feedback to drive improvement.
Closely coordinate with supply chain team to consolidate monthly / annual forecasts for each regional distributor and ensure that they have adequate stocks to sell.
Oversees timeliness of collection of account receivables with all regional distributors.
Establish a strong working relationship with regional distributor team and conduct regular fieldwork to ensure all agreed initiatives are executed well.

Build and cultivate good relationships with regional distributor top customers to help improve performance.
Collect data and provide constructive feedback on category trends and competitor activity. in the channel
Monitor and report parallel stocks.
Submit weekly / monthly sales reports to Head of Sales as required : Sales performance versus target, price surveys, activation summaries, competitive update reports.
Ensure that the regional distributors are 100% compliant with Pernod Ricard Philippines policies and procedures and adhere to Pernod Ricard’s sustainably & responsibly (S&R) program.
Job Requirements : Degree holder
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in distributor management
Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Good command of MS Office
