Position : Korean Client Service Staff

Salary : P 80,000-P100,000

  • Handling customers’ inquiries through chat, calls, and email
  • Resolve customers concerns in a timely manner
  • Providing reports to Supervisor or Head regarding customer’s needs and feedback
  • Record data entries on the system
  • Build a sustainable relationship with the customers
  • Other tasks may be given by the Supervisor or Head of the Department
  • Requirements :

  • Native Korean fluent in English
  • Filipino who can speak Korean Preferably with TOPIK Certificate
  • At least 2 years in College
  • Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Willing to work in Makati City
