Responsible for creating sales including generating new sales leads and convert these to viable sales pipelineWork with staff of different departments to enable proper project management and avoid project overlapsPro-actively attract new clients / sales and increase sales from existing relationshipsWork with customers in person and on phone to resolve any problems as they ariseMaintain accurate real-time CRM data and transform sales information into easy reports and present to managementEnsure all client contacts are formally logged and documented, support financial reporting and ROI to managementmaintain good client relationship with regular follow ups and maintain client satisfactory levels.
