  • Primary Objective of the role :

    The National Head Network Operations will work closely with the Global Head IT Projects and the Global IT Operations Team to ensure that all deployed technologies and information systems within the organization are secure while also meeting end user expectations to drive customer success to TOA Global's Clients and Client Team Members.

    Significant objectives of the NHNOPS role include :

  • Support the global business in network management and performance.
  • Support the Global Head IT Projects through translating of network and systems strategies through the TOA Global PH national footprint.
  • Support Titan Service Delivery through management of Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request Fulfilment tickets.
  • Provide guidance and coaching where necessary to the IT Service Desk Analysts.
  • Develop and maintain high quality PH technical documentation and network maps.
  • Establish a preventative maintenance and systems patching schedule that uses pre-existing service management systems.
  • Support Global IT Operations project management activities where needed. Success in the role will see the NHNOPS lead from the ground when it comes to a superior culture of high performance, showroom standards and continual improvement, with a unwavering commitment to do what’s needed to assist TOA Global Clients to be successful through technology.
  • Primary Objective of the role :

  • Demonstrated IT Service Management Knowledge (ITSM) - 2 Years
  • Preferably with 3 years Mikrotik Experience.
  • 2 Years Next Generation Firewall Experience.
  • 3 Years Juniper Experience.
  • 3 Years Experience in Ciscco & Cisco Meraki Experience.
  • 3 Years HP / Aruba Experience.
  • 2 Years Ubiquiti Uni-Fi Experience.
  • 2 Years VLAN Design and Implementation.
  • 2 Years Microsoft Azure Virtual Networking / VNets.
  • 3 years Rapid Growth & Scale
  • Attributes / Competencies

  • Succinct, direct, in common terminology. Communicates in the client language. Authentic and compelling style. Excellent written and verbal.
  • Able to gather relevant information that is critical to sound decision making. Takes time to consider all factors based upon metrics and data rather than gut feel or opinion.
  • Smart in the true sense of the word, able to adapt intellectually to a variety of challenges, whilst also able to use emotional intelligence as lead indicator in messaging and behaviour.
