Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.

Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the operation management team.

Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at each department and individual staff.

Performs monitors of customer care email responses and surveys.

Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. Track down time and motion on how many minutes each call takes to reach the patient and complete the call.

Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.

Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.

Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.

Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Implement reports and dashboard to show the number of test calls coming in and calling out. Inbound and Outbound.

Capture all calls and script in the EH, and inform the clinician for a Tele-Urgent visit within 2 Hrs.

Send or google link to Patient / POA

Update patient information as always

Must be an RN

Experience in the healthcare environment for about 3-5 years is a plus.

Experienced in EHR is also a plus

Computer skill is a must (min 60WPM)

Comes with strong communication skill
