As role of the HR Administrator, you will be to provide administrative support as required to the HR department and to assist with the continual development of the HR functions by providing accurate and timely administrative support

Reporting Responsibilities

The HR Administrator reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.

Detailed Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Supporting the work of the HR department
  • Assiting with the onboarding and exiting of all employees
  • Assist with maintaining up todate records on the companies HR personnel system (EMA) -
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative, prioritise own workload.
  • Methodical, detail oriented
  • Able to work on tight deadlines

  • Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Flexible on working hours
  • Main Duties

    To assist the HR department with the administration tasks involving new starters, leavers, maternity, promotions, etc such as : Reference requests, preparing offer letters, preparing contracts, preparing new starter packs etc

  • To provide HR administrative service to the whole Human Resources Department
  • Enter data into transcosmos’s on line HR personnel system (EMA) and ensuring data quality.
  • Ensure administrative processes are undertaken in line with policy and all personnel records are up to date; both paper based records and also personnel system records for regular audits
  • Accurately maintain People-related data and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality
  • Provide answers confidently based on data and understanding of policy and process
  • Prepare and send any (physical) correspondence required to complete processes in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Work collaboratively with other member of the department to deliver good service
  • Assist with the Administration of the companies benefit programs : to include ensuring new employees receive all the relevant information and exiting employees are terminated accordingly.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses and communication with the companies workforce, responding to queries and requests as appropriate
  • General Functions :

  • Ensure that all documentation / letter templates for HR and Recruitment related functions are kept up to date
  • Assist with specific HR projects e.g. updating job descriptions, as and when required.
  • Other Duties :

    The HR Administrator will be required to undertake any other duties according to the needs of the company.This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities, but rather an outline of the main areas of responsibility.
