Your Role
To resolve regional and country level support issues for the main operational systems (SaLog, CIEL, QT, BPA, etc.), in addition to detailed duties and responsibilities listed below.
Your Responsibilities
The types of issues to be resolved is to be determined by the regional process and systems teams and will be both system maintenance and issue support
The scope of issues to be resolved is listed by the regions and also setup in the respective support queues
Issues that are beyond the competency of the SSC, are to be passed to the 2nd level support for the region and / or country (based on setup)
Continuous learning
Keep up to date on all new and existing relative systems materials (releases and change requests)
Pro-actively seek information and support
Provide feedback / suggestions on materials
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related course is required
Experience in Air Logistics is required
Must have 3 years experience in Shared Services
High degree of organizational and administrative skill
High level of PC knowledge related to MS Office and other KN used software / applications
High level of KN operational systems knowledge
Affinity to automation and technical concepts and systems
Good communication skills
