Job Descripttions
Comply with company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.
Provide weekly report to EOL Engineering Manager.
Supervise other end-of-line process engineer(s).
Responsible in reviewing and updating the manufacturing procedures and process flows.
Will lead the NPI Qual Lot / Program / Reliability and Package qual / Material Evaluation
Will lead the qualification of EOL processes including support in the release of manufacturing equipment.
Collaboration with FOL Engg team, Equipment Engg and Test Engg team during qualification and release of new products / pkg to production.
Responsible in data analysis and establishing EOL control yield / LTPD, yield improvement, effort in decreasing QC LRR, lot disposition and engineering analysis report.
Monitor and review indices scorecard and provide improvement programs addressing assembly related issues.
Handle Customer Complaint for EOL related issue(s)..
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent field
With a minimum of 5 yrs experience in the area or same field.
Knowledgeable in Mold, laser mark and IR re-flow for machine (Asahi) and E&R, Plating, laser mark and IR re-flow process.
Knowledgeable in engineering tools, QC tools, SPC,8D report and with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in Assembly design rule for QFN package.
Know how to operate machine and perform DOE
Expert in control plan FMEA.
Must have proficient Technical Writing skills
Availability for off-hours calls
