HR Compensation & Benefits Assistant
Eastwood City Libis
Shift : Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4 PM
Responsibilities : Maintaining records.
verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation; requesting legal counsel review.
tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Updates employee records / contributions with SSS, Pag-big, Philhealth and other compensation and benefits tasks.
Perform other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Psychology
2 years Experience in any HR Related Field
At least 1 year Experience with Compensation & Benefits
Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Great at multi-tasking
