As a Customer Care Executive, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.

As Customer Service Representative you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

• Be the first point of contact with our fast growing user base

• Respond to customers via Live Chat and Email using online tools

• Handle user queries and issues encountered on a daily basis

• Develop relations with customers and manage user accounts

• Moderate content posted on the website by the user community

• Respond to customers via Live Chat using online tools

• Identify complaints or issues for escalations and keep up-to-date records

• Work towards KPI's and targets

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Exceptional written communication skills

• With 2-3 years competent experience in Non-Voice or online Customer Service Support (Email / Live Chat)

• Shows the ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes

• Experience with common online customer service platforms (Uservoice, Zendesk or equivalent)

• Previous experience working for a start-up or rapidly growing business

• Proven ability to develop solutions and prioritize their work with passion to go the extra mile

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail

• Must be willing to work on weekends and amenable to work at 6AM-3PM / 9AM-6PM

• Operating hours may evolve over time depending on business needs.

  • • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor'
  • s / College Degree , any field.

    • Willing to work full time

    • Resolution of customer disputes.

    • Achievement of KPIs.
