KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Delivery Operations team as Sales & Operations Planning Manager.

You will be handling and managing the day-to-day Sales and Operations planning activities of our New Equipment business unit.

Your key focus is to strategically manage a team and drive aligned sales plan, installation resource plan, materials plan and financial forecast.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic planning and analyzing business activities within the Delivery Operations on cost, financial and forecasting
  • Manage and drive team members to achieve business results
  • Accountable for process performance of plan accuracy, cross-functional participation and proactive decision making by all stakeholders
  • Expert go-to person for frontline, area, global staff for all Sales and Operations Planning content, process, data and tools
  • Develop a good communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Finance / Accountancy
  • Minimum 5 years of Cost Analysis experience
  • Proven success in handling and managing people
  • Strong attention in following procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence
