Work within the Pre-Sales and the Sales Team and undertake Pre-Sales Tasks.
Produce reports as required.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Analyzes technical issues and perform the necessary corrective procedures with the allowable time period.
Manage incidents, providing proper feedback for updates, escalating these incidents when appropriate.
Drive strategic product communications through presentations across organizations providing clarity in decisions. You will own the service orchestration offer(s) and define long-term product strategy and vision.
Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of product / solution decisions to all stakeholders
Prioritize features and specifications, applying budget, timeline and other constraints
Oversee and drive products / solutions through the phase release or solutions release process
including business case and resource requirements
Help technical team to develop and review technical collateral and marketing claims.
Work with solutions business development teams to train direct pre-sales and channel partners on selling and architecting complex enterprise solutions.
Team up with account team to drive strategic account initiatives; developing trusted advisor relationship with our customers and partners.
Secure early customers and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) opportunities.
Work with account team to deliver and implement these POCs and support customer initiatives including field enablement and sales calls.
And work on other assignments related to the position / function that the company will delegate.
Bachelors / College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses.
Technical Proficiency - includes knowing how the product functions at the level of code, understanding the software development lifecycle methodologies, conducting A / B tests, working on product analytics, etc.
Skills in creative and strategic thinking whether it is creating a roadmap to bring a product to the market or responding to problems that might pop up along the way, innovation and creativity
Communication and Negotiation Skills (Externally and Internally)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Has time management and analytical skills
Can work with different project teams
Salary Range : 20,000-28,000
