Principal Responsibilities Maintain existing reporting database tools through current knowledge of programs and tools and processing report requests.
Provide requested reports with required data elements for team and other departments as needed. Develop new reporting applications to meet business demands.
Facilitate dataflow to Business Team and Project Managers for daily operations by independently anticipating management need.
Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures. Adapt to changing requirements in business need and anticipate needed input and assistance by maintaining understanding of changing management objectives.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree or if undergraduate, with relevant work experience preferred. 1 years experience in application development required.
2 years of experience in application development preferred. Technical certification a plus. Excellent personal computer skills including, Microsoft Office.
Understanding of Microsoft Excel and advanced logical formulae, including data check, logical statements, and mathematical calculations.
Exhibit strong attention to detail. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work.
