Assist superiors in building and improving in-house training system, management system and workflows, organize, guide and monitor the development of the various training programs of the company.
Organize and implement the company's training needs survey; develop the overall company training plan and budget
Assist company departments to develop and monitor the implementation training plan based on the service quality of each department and staff quality needs, make objective evaluation and summary according to the training situation and effectiveness, propose new training programs.
Assist superiors building cultivation of talent team training system, etc., in accordance to the company's development strategy.
Aged 25-35 years; holding a bachelor's degree or above, with experience in well-known enterprise or relevant industries preferred.
More than two years' experience in training and building training systems, implemented management training programs. Commitment to professionalism and excellence, familiar with the use of office software, strong execution ability.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English as a working language.
