The Application Coordinator is responsible for reviewing incoming applications, identifying correct requirements based on policy, ensuring all data are correct and accurate, and providing back-up support.

  • We are looking for someone with :

  • College Graduate
  • Must have at least one-year tenure in current position
  • Above Average English comm skills both spoken and written
  • Typing Skills of 45WPM
  • Critical attention to details
  • Good computer navigational skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Highly Goal-driven in meeting set job quality standards
  • Highly Adaptable to work environment
  • Collaborative, effectively works with a team
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
  • Reliable; Open to work at night, shifting schedules or on Philippine Holidays
  • Open to work in UP Ayalaland TechnoHub, Quezon City
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Work experience related to the position
  • Sound product / industry knowledge
  • Excellent ability to handle stress with very demanding clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal clients
  • Technical competence to navigate through insurance terms and medical references.
  • On the job you will :

  • Review all incoming applications and documentation for accuracy
  • Handle the set-up of cases based on multiple sales channels and adhere to their individual procedural nuances
  • Provide back-up support to the document management role
  • Add all sales and support contact information based on the most current sales agreements to ensure integrity of commission payments and privacy of client data
  • Ensure that the data entered into the Siebel system and all outstanding requirements are 100% accurate to warrant that there are no delays in case processing
  • Identify the correct requirement based on policy size and sales channel
