Duties and Responsibilities : Provide efficient customer service by responding to customer inquiries either over the phone or in person, locating products or merchandise which the customer is looking for, attending to customer complaints and assisting them in fulfilling their needs while in store premises.
Preserves the store image of cleanliness and orderliness by sweeping and mopping the floor, keeping all machines and equipment clean, maintaining cleanliness of fast food area, sales counter, selling area, back lot and parking area and keeping the store’s over-all appearance neat and orderly.
Observes proper inventory control measures to avoid unnecessary financial lossesEnsures that all products are kept in high quality by doing proper food handling and following guidelines on food storage.
Assists in price tagging of merchandiser for displayingDisplays products strategically and according to set standards and procedure to optimize the possibility of generating higher sales.
