1. Resolve SAP bugs / problems (whether config or program-related) encountered by the users as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms
2. Provide the right solutions via projects or change requests and system enhancements to usersâ business requirements as per the agreed project timelines and budget
3. Lead / deliver or contribute to delivery of Business Projects
4. Partner with key-users on detailed business-IT alignment sessions (via refresher training sessions, business process immersion programs etc.
for better collaboration and improvement of existing sales-related business processes.
â¢ 5+ years of Functional Experience across different releases of SAP R / 3 and ECC specific to the areas of Sales and Distribution and Transportation Management or the applicable system per the consultantâs specialization
â¢ Knowledge in Sales-related business processes of FMCG companies
â¢ At least 3 full cycle system implementations in SAP SD and CRM.
â¢ At least 5 years of SAP support experience in various industries, preferably FMCG
â¢ At least 5 years total working experience in SAP
â¢ Mastery of core SAP SD & CRM functionalities and its integration points
â¢ Systems Analysis and Design competencies
â¢ Former programming skills is a plus
